If you are not satisfied with your order, for any reason, we will gladly accept your returns for a refund (Cash or Credit card) or an exchange. If you need to return a product, please contact us for detailed instructions.
Please bare in mind the below:
- Customers are responsible for paying the return fees. Please bare in mind, Returns or exchanges are accepted on undamaged items in
resalable condition. - Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase/ order confirmation.
- If your order is missing an item or contain the wrong item, we ask that you notify us within 14 days from your order date.
- Products that break prior to usage or have any manufacturer’s defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund
or exchange/replacement. Examples of defects include but not limited to: broken handle, missing parts /accessories, the product that is not powering ‘on/off’/functioning properly.
